Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyImmiJourney mobile application (the “App”), operated by GSAlpha Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

MyImmiJourney is a personal immigration case tracking tool that allows users to organize, monitor, and manage their USCIS immigration cases. The App provides informational tools including case timeline tracking, document organization, medical exam checklists, and AI-powered case status analysis.

2. Not Legal Advice

The App is an informational and organizational tool only. MyImmiJourney does not provide legal advice, immigration consulting, or legal representation of any kind.

• Information provided by the App, including AI-powered insights, should not be relied upon for legal decisions.
• Users are solely responsible for verifying all information directly with USCIS or a qualified immigration attorney.
• We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of case status information displayed in the App.

No attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created by your use of the App. Immigration laws and procedures change frequently. Always consult with a qualified immigration attorney or DOJ-accredited representative before making immigration decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree that you will:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal immigration case tracking.
• Provide accurate information to the extent you choose to enter data into the App.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App or its associated services.
• Not scrape, harvest, or extract data from the App or its associated services through automated means.
• Maintain your own backups of important data. Data stored on-device may be permanently lost if you delete the App, reset your device, or experience device failure. We cannot recover lost data.
• Safeguard your backup file passwords. We cannot recover lost passwords or decrypt backup files on your behalf.
• Exercise caution when entering sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers) and understand the risks of on-device storage.
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, overload, or impair the USCIS website or interfere with any other party's use of government services.

5. Subscription and Payments

MyImmiJourney offers a free tier with basic functionality and a premium subscription (“MyImmiJourney Pro”) with additional features. Regarding subscriptions:

• Subscription pricing and options are displayed within the App and are subject to change.
• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by GSAlpha Labs LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

“USCIS,” “U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services,” “Department of Homeland Security,” and all related government names, logos, form numbers (such as I-485, I-130, I-129, I-539, I-693, and others), and service marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of the United States Government. Their use in this App is solely for informational reference purposes to help users identify and organize their immigration cases, and does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. All other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Government Disclaimer

MyImmiJourney is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of State (DOS), the National Visa Center (NVC), or any other government agency, whether federal, state, or foreign.

References to government forms (I-485, I-130, I-129, I-539, etc.), case statuses, visa bulletin data, or processing information within the App are for user convenience only and may not reflect the most current official information. Always verify information directly with the relevant government agency or official government website.

8. Accuracy of Information

The App relies on data that you enter manually and, when you choose to use them, information retrieved from the USCIS website and AI-generated analysis. We do not guarantee that:

• USCIS status check results are accurate, current, or complete.
• AI-powered analysis or insights are accurate, appropriate for your situation, or up to date with current immigration law.
• Case status categories, progress indicators, or timeline mappings accurately reflect your actual case posture with USCIS.
• Wait time calculations or processing estimates are reliable.
• The Live USCIS Status Check feature will remain functional, as it depends on the USCIS website which may change without notice.

You are solely responsible for verifying any information with official sources before making decisions.

9. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's terms and policies, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern to the extent required by Apple's agreements.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of case status information, processing times, or AI-generated insights.
• Any warranty regarding the continued availability or functionality of the USCIS status check feature or the AI-powered analysis feature, both of which depend on third-party services outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSAlpha Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, we shall not be liable for:

• Missed immigration deadlines, filing dates, or appointments
• Incorrect, outdated, or incomplete case status information
• Adverse immigration outcomes of any kind, including denials, delays, or removal proceedings
• Decisions made based on information displayed in the App, including AI-generated analysis
• Loss of locally stored data due to device failure, App deletion, or any other cause
• Interruption or discontinuation of the USCIS status check or AI analysis features

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GSAlpha Labs LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We handle changes as follows:

• Material changes (such as changes to liability, data practices, dispute resolution, or user rights): We will notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect through an in-app announcement with a plain-language summary of what changed and why. You will be asked to actively acknowledge and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the App. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the App and delete your data.
• Non-material changes (clarifications, formatting, or corrections): These take effect immediately upon posting. The “Last Updated” date will be updated.

14. Termination and Account Closure

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Since all data is stored locally on your device, termination of access does not affect your locally stored data.

To stop using the App and delete all your data, simply uninstall the App from your device. All locally stored data is permanently and immediately deleted upon uninstallation. No request to us is required. You may also use “Delete All Data” in the App's Settings to erase all data without uninstalling.

15. Business Transfer

In the event that GSAlpha Labs LLC is acquired, merged, or transferred to another entity, these Terms will continue to apply. We will notify users at least 30 days in advance of any ownership change through an in-app announcement and on our website. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ownership changes affect your data.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Before filing any formal claim or proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@myimmijourney.com. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial contact, either party may proceed with formal proceedings as described above.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GSAlpha Labs LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
